WORLD 7: EXTRACTION, we reflect on the many demo(a)n(d)s, current events, societal takings, and mining that left us in this hollowed out skin bag. We are thinking about whether and when it will ever be WHIZ TIME to extract ourselves from the pandemic without burning out from the depletion of our inner resources. We are rediscovering how to prioritize extracting the great joys of deep belly laughter and regular blissful bowel movements from the furthest depths of our both squishy and calcified bodies. We are naming the extractive systems and practices that are so enmeshed in our realities that they often feel inescapable, so we must pull from within ourselves EXTRA-ACTION.
